What to include

Include transaction IDs, IP addresses, dates and any communications that look suspicious. If you're reporting account takeover, reset your password immediately and enable 2FA.

Financial fraud reports are escalated to our compliance team; expect follow-up within 24 hours.

Submit a confidential report

Signed-in reports create a support ticket linked to your account. Anonymous reports are also accepted — a follow-up email lets us respond if needed.
