• Account data: email, display name, phone (if provided), country.
• Verification data: identity documents you upload for KYC.
• Financial data: deposit/withdrawal metadata, wallet addresses used to fund your account.
• Betting activity: stakes, selections, results, bonus usage.
• Support data: messages and attachments you send to our support team.

We log IP address, user-agent, coarse location and device identifiers for security, fraud prevention and analytics. This data is used to detect account takeover, multi-accounting and abusive automation.

Your betting history trains personal recommendations — for example, alerting you to value bets in the leagues you follow. You can opt out from AI Settings. Aggregated, de-identified data may improve the shared model.

Authentication is protected by industry-standard hashing and short-lived session tokens. Row-level security isolates your data at the database level. Sensitive endpoints are protected by signed requests.

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active plus the periods required by financial regulation. Support conversations are retained for up to 24 months. You may request earlier deletion of non-regulated data.

• Access — request a copy of your personal data.
• Rectification — correct inaccurate information.
• Erasure — request deletion where legally permitted.
• Portability — receive your data in a portable format.
• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests.

You can request deletion from Profile → Danger zone, or by contacting support. Regulated financial records may need to be retained after deletion; everything else is purged.
